Zentron thermal products are covered by a 3 year limited warranty if the product experiences performance failure due to material, process, or manufacturing problems during the warranty period.
The warranty only applies to the products which were sold in the region of the Europe and purchased directly from ZENTRON authorised dealers/distributors.

5-Day Repair Guarantee

We intend to achieve this by providing a 5-day repair guarantee and partnering solely with qualified Authorized Dealers. At Zentron, one of our primary objectives is to greatly improve customer service for our end users. To accomplish this, we offer a 5-day repair promise and work only with qualified Authorized Dealers. During the warranty period, Zentron will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product that becomes defective from normal use. If repairs cannot be completed within five days, we will offer a replacement in equal or superior condition.

Warranty is invalid if:
· Damage occurs from misuse.
· Unauthorised repair.
· Physical damage.
· Modification or alteration
